By having a healthy lifestyle of exercise and healthy eating it can reduce heart disease, cancer and stroke. The risk are real. Anyone at anytime can be diagnosed with cancer, heart attack or stroke. Regardless of age. Even those who lead a heathy lifestyle run the risk of being diagnosed with one or more of these illnesses.

Heart attack: #1 cause of death for both men and women. Responsible for 1 out of every 4 deaths. One of the most expensive conditions treated in hospital. Average age at 1st attack 65.6 males, and 72 females.

I can say that we have experience all three in my family. If you fell victim to any one of them, how would it affect you and your family. We have plans that take care of Cancer/Heart attack and Stroke. These plans can provide loss income, have the ability to hire someone to come in and help, travel arrangements for caregivers/treatments, cover co-pays, deductibles and out of pocket maximums that health insurance does not cover. You are paid a lump sum and can use the money however you choose. If you have not protected yourself in this regards, don’t delay. It could happen to anyone.

Until next time,

Diane
